I try to understand the students’ needs and model the class to meet them. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, I want to create a fun environment where the students feel free to take risks and make mistakes and where laughter is a common occurrence.
I understand that many of the adult students who are spending precious time in my session have come from a long day of work. I want to make sure that they learn everything they possibly can to help them reach their potential. Most-of-all, I want them to have fun, so they will return and continue to learn.
