As an organization based in Silicon Valley, we have access to some of the best technologies available—and in our own backyard. We leverage these local resources to help us deliver our vision of providing the most comprehensive adult literacy services available. And as a non-profit that serves the local community, it’s only fitting that we incorporate innovative tools such as SalesForce, Google Apps, and more into our program. From tutor training and learner assessment to program effectiveness measurement, these technologies provide the foundation for success.

Vision Literacy's unique infrastructure provides metrics, monitoring and enablement across all support areas that affect our partners, learners and new programs. This on-demand platform provides for full collaboration through web services and web applications, and is a key to effective decision-making processes required for success.

From that technology, we leverage tools and tracking capabilities that allow us to objectively examine and scrutinize our own processes, and in turn, make improvements and course correct on the fly. This allows us to quickly adjust and evolve programs and services to maximize results and benefits to our learners.
